The problem
Agencies get enquiries from property portals at all hours. Reply hours later and the client is gone, while agents waste time sorting cold contacts.
My role
I designed the product and the architecture, and I build the platform. I measure the problem in the field before writing the rest.
What I built
- Instant reply. It reads the portals' emails and replies with the listing's data, 24/7.
- Lead scoring. Every lead gets a tier: A, B or C.
- Alerts. Agents get hot leads straight away.
- Dashboard. New contacts, tiers and next step on one screen.
The hard choices
- It only replies with the listing's data: no made-up prices.
- No access to the agency's inbox: a simple email forward is enough.
- One-click human approval first, automation after.
