The problem
Ideas and projects scattered everywhere. With an AI assistant I spent half my time repeating context.
My role
I designed the system: agents, rules, memory. I write the code with the agents; architecture and reviews are mine.
What I built
- Router. Every request goes to the right agent.
- Missions. One yes to the plan, then agents work in parallel.
- Blueprint before code. No code without an approved plan.
- Brake and Recap. Born from 20 analysed sessions: it stops only before irreversible actions.
The hard choices
- Zero cost: no pay-per-use APIs.
- Delegate only when it pays off: every agent costs tokens.
- Honesty by rule: verified, assumption or still to check.
Stack
- Claude Code
- Node
- Python
- Git
- PWA
Where it stands
I use it every day. This site was built this way too.
What I learned
A good workflow beats any new tool.
