In small companies stress is visible, but support costs too much and nobody wants to ask for it. Managers notice when someone quits.
My role
The team's only developer, working with two co-founders. I built the whole product. The code is covered by contract.
What I built
- Landing page. To recruit pilot companies.
- Platform (PWA). Help in two taps, short courses, self-tests. Fully anonymous.
- HR dashboard. Aggregate data only.
The hard choices
- Health data (GDPR, art. 9): privacy before users, not after.
- Real anonymity, even in a team of 5.
- Minimal budget: free tiers only.
